    Thanks Jane. I have saved a significant amount of money buy bringing along my own reusable bottle from home when I go out for the day. It's been tough here lately to resist buying bottled water, however. There's a boil order in effect in Galway and no end in sight. :(

    Thanks for the link, Richard. I wasn't able to make it out to the demonstration on Monday but I'm glad to hear there's a website out there where Galwegians and others like me can vent and get information.

    I tell people back home about the water situation here and their reaction is, "what, do you live in a 3rd world country or something?" It is extremely frustrating, especially knowing now that the city new about this months before it was made public. This explains my illness during Fall and Winter, my first few months living here!
