Today has been a busy day for blogging, in case you haven’t read the other post yet. It must be my blood pumping after my first run in a while.     Hey there.....I have a neighbor who is currently training for Dublin...he came by yesterday and asked if I would like to train with him....I used to run but I stopped due to my asthma. That problem is under control, but I havent run or trained for so long...I think I might just try .....I love Ireland and I need to get fit. Just to be there for the excitement would be enough for me, but I do need to begin setting goals for myself...... thank you for you blog and I have faith that you are really going to be awsome. Thanks for the encouragement!

    I hope you think about training again, check out active.com for events in your area and sign up for a 5K fun run or longer and go for it! Thanks for your encouragement. Training sucks sometimes and it's nice to have cheerleaders, even during training.
